Daily 7-9 hour sleep is required to maintain healthy skin. During sleep blood circulation of skin is increased which prevents premature wrinkles of the skin. Sound sleep at night also reduces anxiety, stress which also protects our skin from premature aging.
Take healthy diet
Take healthy diets that are high in antioxidants. Foods rich in antioxidants make our skin soft and prevent premature aging. Broccoli, carrots and leafy greens must be in your daily diet and also some fruits like currants, blueberries, avocados should be in your diet list. Have green tea at least once a day.
Keep the skin moist
After a certain age, it is important to moisturize the skin on a daily basis. Applying moisturizer on the face keeps the skin much more moist and fresh. The problem of wrinkles is also reduced. But before buying a moisturizer, check whether it contains vitamin C or vitamin A.
Doing yoga or regular exercise is very important in leading a healthy and normal life. No matter how much you take care of the skin, if there is a problem in your body, it will affect the appearance. Exercising regularly will improve the secretion of all necessary hormones and increase blood circulation that will make the look much more lively and fresh.
Drink adequate amount of water
Drinking adequate amount of water regularly will eliminate many problems. But we don’t follow this simple rule. Lack of water in the body makes the skin dry. Applying moisturizer from the outside will not hold the natural moisture of the skin. Lack of water in the body increases the risk of wrinkles and other blemishes.
